The 2018 Canadian Plowing Championship in Sussex, NB was certainly enjoyed by all. We wish to thank our eastern plow friends for their great hospitality and wonderful memories.
For 2019, the Canadian Championship will be held in Sunderland, Ontario hosted by the Region of Durham Plowmen’s Association. North of Sunderland, along the highway #12 corridor at Concession Rd. 7, will provide great exposure and easy access for this event. It is to be noted that the Championship this year will be a month later than in the past recent years. This is mainly due to the World Ploughing Championship being held in Minnesota, USA the last weekend in August. We know that many of the Canadian plow fans will be attending to cheer on our Canadian representatives Bert Beyens and Tom Evans. What an opportunity, so close to home. Good luck boys!
CPC -19 will run from September 30 to October 4, 2019. This year’s Canadian Championship will be a 5 day vs. 6 day event. October 2, 3, and 4 will be the actual competition days. There will not be an auction at this year’s Canadian. The CPC – 19 committee has decided to change it up for a year. Stay tuned. They will be sharing as we go along.
Come join us. The plowmen of Durham Region are busy planning an excellent event that you won’t want to miss! Contact CPC -19 at firstname.lastname@example.org. See you there!
